Excellent location. Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi. Copious breakfast.

Staying here has been a delightful experience. The location is great with easy access to public transportation and being close to Taksim square. The staff here is remarkable, from the receptionists who were very friendly and offered a welcome drink to the waiter at the restaurant during nights who was always polite and attentive. The room had all the amenities I needed, from ironing facilities to heating and air conditioning, and a terrace with garden furniture. Room service, dry cleaning and shuttle service were also available whenever I needed them.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

The hotel facilities were great - clean, convenient location. The staff was amazing - helpful and attentive, especially Saner, the luggage assistant, the reception desk staff, the night restaurant staff, and the bar staff who spoke fluent Italian and good English. Ahmed, Halil, and Mustafa were exceptionally friendly. highly recommended place near Taksim Square.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Taksim square and conveniently close to the Metro. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially Saner who assisted me with my luggage and the friendly individuals at the 24-hour reception desk. The restaurant staff during the evenings were fantastic, and I must give a special shoutout to the girl in the bar who spoke fluent Italian and English.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to Taksim Square and even the Metro. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the service in the restaurant during nights was exceptional.

The hotel lacks certain amenities, such as a gym, pool, and an on-site restaurant.

the reception desk employees were always available and friendly, and the restaurant staff were attentive and polite. I was also impressed by the fluent Italian and English, speaking bar staff. the hotel's location was ideal, with many local restaurants, bars, and amenities close by.

The view from my room was not very impressive as it faced a lot of trees, limiting the view of the area/city. there were some issues with housekeeping not making up my room on two occasions, despite having the sign outside, and not replacing the amenities kits in the bathroom throughout my entire stay.
